Ponies carry guests up forest trails to meadows that cars can't reach. The classic ride from Pahalgam climbs through pine forest to Baisaran, known as "Mini Switzerland," stopping at viewpoints along the way. Rides also run to Thajiwas Glacier in Sonamarg and across the Gulmarg meadows.
