About the Role
Stay Pattern is looking for a customer-focused Tour Executive to handle travel enquiries, prepare customised Kashmir tour packages, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate smooth travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and knowledge of Kashmir’s destinations, hotels, and transport services.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, and the website.
- Understand guests’ travel dates, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable packages.
- Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and package costings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transport, sightseeing, airport transfers, and other travel arrangements.
- Work with hotels, drivers, local vendors, and travel agents to ensure timely service.
- Clearly communicate package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
- Assist guests before and during their trips and resolve service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer communication.
- Collect guest feedback and support repeat bookings and referrals.
Requirements
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in tour operations, travel sales, or reservations.
- Good knowledge of Kashmir destinations, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to prepare accurate itineraries and quotations.
- Confidence in customer handling, sales follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
- A qualification in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
