Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily housekeeping operations * Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards * Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and room readiness * Coordinate with Front Office and other departments * Manage housekeeping staff and daily task allocation * Maintain housekeeping records and inventory Candidate Profile: * Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred * Good communication and team-management skills * Strong attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction * Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment * Location: Gulmarg
