About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tour Executive to plan, sell and manage Kashmir tour packages for our guests and travel agent partners. You will handle enquiries, build itineraries, prepare quotations and turn leads into confirmed bookings. Once a booking is made, you will coordinate hotels, cars and sightseeing so every guest has a smooth trip from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Handle tour enquiries from guests and travel agents on phone, WhatsApp and email, and reply quickly.
- Plan custom Kashmir itineraries (Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg and nearby spots) based on the guest's dates, budget and interests.
- Prepare quotations and packages covering hotels, cars, sightseeing, shikara rides and activities.
- Follow up on every quotation and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Book Stay Pattern hotels and partner hotels, Innova Crysta cars and activities, and send confirmations and vouchers to guests.
- Coordinate with drivers, hotel teams and guides for airport pick-ups, transfers, check-ins and sightseeing.
- Stay in touch with guests during their trip and quickly handle changes, complaints or emergencies.
- Collect advance and balance payments, and keep booking records and guest data updated.
- Build and maintain good relationships with B2B travel agents across India.
- Keep track of weather, road conditions, Gondola tickets and seasonal closures, and plan tours around them.
- Collect guest feedback after the trip and encourage guests to leave online reviews.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Tour Executive, Travel Consultant or in tour operations, preferably in Kashmir tourism.
- Graduate in any field; a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hotel Management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Kashmir destinations, sightseeing points, travel times and seasonal conditions.
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu; Kashmiri is an advantage.
- Comfortable with computers, MS Excel, email and WhatsApp Business.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and long days during peak season.
- Based in Srinagar or willing to relocate.
